"Yinka and
Moji Adedokun added some marvelous new scents to the Old World Third
Street when they opened their vibrant African Hut restaurant. Two
of the nicest people in the business, the Adedokuns gladly offer samples
of their native Nigerian specialties to help first-timers in making
their dinner decisions. Flavorful stews and vegetables, such as spinach
and okra, are served over rice and can be mixed in any combination.
The zanzi (yam) fries and fried plantains are sure hits with the kids,
and dessert lovers will enjoy Moji's wonderful sweet potato pie."
